The Experience

This mindfulness experience incorporates deep breathing techniques to slow your heart rate, harmonic tones and music to slow your brain waves, and mental visualizations to walk through toward realizing your true Self. The phases follow the chakras from root to crown, with guided instructions to bring your mind and body to a deeper spiritual plane. There you will sent the intentions for your future successful self. Entering

Your meditation experience starts when you walk in the door, with lights, scents, and music set to welcome you inside. Remove shoes and any unnecessary clothes, and take a seat.

Grounding

Settle into the meditation space and find a comfortable position. Instructions on tablet guide you into the initial breathing exercises and meditations, separating your mindspace from all outside noise.

Deepening

Once settled, the experience will move you deeper into a trance, slowing your brainwaves. Your focus will move fully internal.

Visualizing

You will call up your goals and intentions. Using your imagination, your brain will feel the sensations of goal achievements just like your body will. Visualizing leads to manifesting.

Emptying

Slowing your brain waves further, the final phase is to sit in a state beyond words. Only pure experience of Being. It is rare – enjoy it.

Returning

The instructions patiently bring you back up from the deep. Reflect on your experience, record notes on what you saw and felt.

What’s the experience?

We’ve crafted the perfect environment in the space for you to settle into. Music, lights, fabrics, and smells will enliven all your senses. Instructions on a tablet will guide you through the phases of the experience, including breathing exercises, meditation, and mental visualizations.

Will I be alone?

You will be greeted at the front door and let into the meditation space, which is an apartment at the bottom level of the unit. The space is yours for the hour to make the experience your own, with no interruptions.

What do I wear?

Feel free to make yourself comfortable in the space, with whatever clothes allow you to settle in and be comfortable. The space is yours for the allotted time – wear as much or as little as you like.

Can I use drugs?

We can’t condone conducting any illegal activites into the space.

Is there parking?

Of course! There is an assigned spot in the parking lot behind the building.
